A Journey For a Better You

February 26, 2019

I love the movies and the latest one that I saw (for the 5th time) was “A Dog’s Journey”.  Like always, I won’t spoil it for you and will give you the same synopsis that you see in the previews.

Basically, this adorable dog reincarnates and goes through many different lives and along with each life, there are challenges to face.  In the end, he finds his peace and lives happily ever after.

The end.

Don’t laugh because life really can be that simple!

I’m sure many of you have gone through many challenges and changes in your life and for some, you managed to get through them.

For others, you are still trying to figure out the solution to your problems.

Your issues may be family, financial, fitness, your faith, your friends or many other different things.  The challenge is finding the answer.

For those that are stuck, here is a challenge that may help you.

Take 10-20 minutes and write down what that challenge is.

Next, write down 2-3 things on how that challenge may be a good thing for you.

I didn’t say this would be easy and right away some of you may think I’m off my rocker but humor me and see how this simple thing could transform your situation, your thinking and your life for the better.

For example, you may have lost a job recently (yes, it’s a touchy point but it really serves the point of this example).

Would could possibly be the good in that?!?!?

Well…

“It frees up my time to start the business that I really want.”

“It helps me appreciate the other blessings in my life that I have.

“It opens me up to go for the job or position that I really wanted to do in the first place.”

Try it for yourself and let me know how this simple mindset change can do wonders for you!

Take care!

P.S.  Once I started looking at the positive in every situation, the opportunities flowed so much that it was scary at first but now it’s exciting!
